First, conduct daily maintenance of non-standard equipment. To ensure that non-standard equipment is in good technical condition, can be put into operation at any time, reduce the number of fault shutdown days, improve the intact rate and utilization rate of non-standard equipment, reduce the wear of non-standard equipment, extend the service life of non-standard equipment, reduce the operation and maintenance costs of non-standard equipment, and ensure safe production, it is necessary to strengthen the daily maintenance work of non-standard equipment.


Second, carry out bearing maintenance for non-standard equipment. The bearing part is a component that is prone to damage. Due to heavy wear during use, it requires regular maintenance, and frequent oiling is necessary to extend the service life of the bearing.


Third, perform lubrication maintenance on non-standard equipment. Constant attention to and timely lubrication of friction surfaces can ensure the normal operation of vertical non-standard equipment and extend the service life of the equipment. The oil must be replaced every three months, and during oil replacement, the raceway of the bearing roller should be carefully cleaned with clean gasoline or kerosene.
