Detailed Introduction to the Characteristics of the Fully Automatic Pin Inserter

There is no computer chip in a pin inserter; it is powered solely by an electric motor. The motor drives the main shaft to rotate, and the cam on the main shaft enables the pins mounted on the pin insertion mold to move up and down for pin insertion. With low assembly difficulty, low maintenance difficulty, simple operation, high work efficiency, and the ability to achieve full automation, pin inserters are extremely practical for the electronics industry. Many electronics manufacturers use pin inserters specifically to insert pins for customers and earn processing fees to generate profits.

The new-type device is designed to insert terminal posts into the insulating bobbins of various coils and transformers. Two parallel shafts (arranged vertically) are installed on the bearing block of the machine body. A pair of rollers and a pair of transmission gears are mounted on the shafts; a ratchet wheel is installed on the shaft where one of the gears is located. A shift lever cylinder is installed on the machine body beside the ratchet wheel, and the ratchet shift lever is mounted on its piston rod. Wire guide blocks are fixed on the bearing block on both sides between the upper and lower rollers. A fixed knife plate is installed in the middle of the machine body; adjacent to it, a cutting cylinder is installed. A movable knife block is embedded in the fixed knife block and connected to the piston rod of the cutting cylinder. A rigid wire guide tube is provided between the wire guide block and the movable knife block. A jacking cylinder is installed at the other end of the machine body, and an abutment head is mounted on its piston rod.

This device can continuously complete the pin manufacturing and pin insertion processes. On the one hand, it changes the need to purchase finished pins to purchasing wire rods, significantly reducing costs; on the other hand, it replaces manual operations, greatly improving pin insertion efficiency—thus enhancing the economic benefits of terminal post installation production.
